Terms of Service

TC Lite is offered free of charge during beta. The service may contain bugs, change without notice, or be unavailable. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time. There is no service level agreement during beta.

TC Lite uses AI to extract dates and details from purchase agreements. AI extraction may contain errors. You are solely responsible for verifying all extracted information before relying on it for any transaction. Always cross-check dates and parties against the original contract.

TC Lite is a productivity tool — it is not a substitute for a licensed transaction coordinator, attorney, or other professional advisor.

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Don't share your login. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be 18 or older and authorized to handle the contracts you upload. Don't upload documents you don't have permission to process.

Use TC Lite for legitimate real estate transaction coordination. Don't use it to spam, harass, infringe on others' rights, or violate any law. Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service.

You own the contracts and data you upload. You grant TC Lite a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you (parsing, displaying, sending reminders, generating shareable links).

Files and deal data are stored on Supabase. Contract text is sent to Anthropic for AI extraction. Email reminders are delivered via Resend. See the Privacy Policy for details.

TC Lite is provided “as is” during beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, missed deadlines, or transaction-related losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the fees you've paid us in the prior 12 months — which during beta is zero.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You can delete your account at any time from settings or by emailing us. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for operational reasons during beta. If we terminate without cause, we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

We may update these terms during beta. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
